Our Mission

1. To connect McDonough females to one another and to alumna in different business fields.

2. To encourage McDonough females to express and discuss gender-oriented types of questions, concerns, and ideas.

3. To empower McDonough females to speak up in classrooms, to negotiate fair and equal pay, and to act with confidence.

4. To promote McDonough School of Business as a place where smart women thrive while also increasing the percentage of women in the business school at Georgetown.

5. To impact the glass ceiling which affects women in business.

6. To increase the future of the number of McDonough alumna who sit on corporate boards.
